A part of its continual business expansion planned for 2013, TICON expects to complete the 1st phase of the new project in Q3 of 2014.
Mr Virapan Pulges, Managing Director of TICON or TICON Industrial Connection Public Company Limited disclosed after signing the contract with Asia Industrial Estate Co., Ltd. to buy 100 rai of land in Asia Industrial Estate Suvarnabhumi — AIE that the company will invest approximately 1.26 billion baht to develop a total space of 60,000 sq m. of high quality Ready-Built factories for rent on the purchased land. The buildings of phase 1 totaling 20,000 sq m. will be available in September 2014”.

Presently, TICON has a total 985,000 sq m of factories for rent. When the new project is fully completed, TICON’s factories for rent space will increase to a total 1,045,000 sq m. For the rest of the second half of this year, TICON Group will continue to buy more land in key strategic locations. We aim to increase our land bank to 7,500 rai within the end of 2013 to support the increasing customer’s demand.” added Mr. Virapan.
Mr. Pakpong Thanedpipat, General Manager of Asia Industrial Estate Co., Ltd. said “Asia Industrial Estate Suvarnabhumi has a total land area of 4,027 rai divided into Industrial Estate of 3,210.40 rai, infrastructure and facilities of 488.26 rai and green area of 403.36 rai.
