In expanding into residential segment and developing Park 24, Proud Real Estate invited Thongchai Busrapan, a veteran real estate executive, to join the partnership and lead the management team. A new company, Proud Residences Co., Ltd., with Liptapanlop family as major shareholder, is established with registered capital of Baht 1,000 million.
According to Thongchai Busrapan, Chief Executive Officer, Proud Residence Co., Ltd., “Our first project is Park 24, a condominium set in a large garden in the middle of Sukhumvit 24. The project is divided into two development phases. The first phase comprises three buildings — one 2-storey commercial building and two high-rise residential buildings, with 51 storeys and 29 storeys respectively and totally 837 units. The second phase comprises three high rise residential buildings, with 50 storeys, 40 storeys and 30 storeys respectively. The total value of the project is Baht 15,000 million.”
The first phase of the project, with total sales of Baht 5,300 million, is located in the 5-rai plot of land in Sukhumvit Soi 24, with convenient access from both Sukhumvit 24, Sukhumvit 22, and Rama 4 Road as well as at a close proximity of only 600 meters from BTS Phrom Phong Station.
