KASIKORNBANK is introducing K-Home Loan @ Home Banking Solution (Miracle Eyes), a smart home security alarm system to help customers coping with burglary, equipped with closed circuit TV connected to 88 police stations for round-the-clock surveillance. The program includes free burglary insurance coverage. Available from November 7, 2013 to March 31, 2014, the promotion is expected to be well embraced by Bangkok residents; the Bank expects to generate more than 4 billion Baht of home loans under this program.
According to Mr. Chatchai Payuhanaveechai, Executive Vice President of KASIKORNBANK, under the Digital Home Loan concept, KBank has continued to develop home loan innovations in serving customers’ needs within a modern digital lifestyle as well as the Bank’s leadership in the digital world. The Bank now introduces K-Home Loan @ Home Banking Solution (Miracle Eyes) for K-Home Loan customers, with credit limit of 5 million Baht or higher. Customers will also be offered the Miracle Eyes package, an innovation to help them address burglary prevention, equipped with a smart home security alarm system and CCTV connected to 88 police stations. The promotion is offered along with free burglary insurance coverage of up to 60,000 Baht for one year, a free Miracle Eyes package for three months, a special price of internet package from TOT, and free K Home Smiles Club credit card from KBank.
KBank is the first bank in Thailand offering such a complete security solution for homeowners’ life and properties. Related partners under this program are TOT, the Metropolitan Police Bureau, and Muang Thai Insurance Pcl., ensuring home security for K-Home Loan customers.
The Miracle Eyes package is a smart home security alarm system jointly designed by TOT and the Metropolitan Police Bureau for Bangkok residents; equipped with CCTV and security software that connects 88 police stations under the bureau protection for coverage 24 hours a day. TOT will provide a connecting service between the controlling center and CCTVs installed in customers’ houses, for more efficient burglary prevention and suppression.
