Festive menus start with roasted pumpkin soup or velout? soup followed bv appetizers which are soft shell crab kutsu, salmon & fresh salad, crispy shrimps and taro rolls. Main Couses are flamb? beef steak, festive lamb, zesty pork chop, pan seared sea bass. All mains are accompanied one choice of sides including saut?ed green beans (with rosemary and pine nuts), char-grilled pumpkin (with capers & parmesan cheese) or classic creamy mashed potatoes with gravy. Desserts including mini x-mas pudding with brandy cream, carrot and macadamia caramelized with vanilla ice-cream and Vodka with lime and raspberry sorbet.
