In November at L’Appart, Chef Jeremy celebrates the highly prized gourmet ingredient, the truffle.
Available from 18th — 24th November, his special menu will feature sublime dishes made using delicious and fragrant black and white truffles.
The black truffle is exclusive to a symbiotic relationship with the oak tree in the Perigord region of France. Found in France and specifically in the south eastern part of the country. Spain is also home to the black truffle along with small growth patterns in Italy, Croatia and Slovenia.
Found in the Langhe and Montferrat area of Piedmont, northern Italy, and Drome in France, the pale cream or brown truffles with white marbling are also the most valuable They are known as the ‘diamonds of the kitchen’ and in the skilled hands of L’Appart’s Chef Jeremy Tourret, black and white truffles add another dimension to his exquisite dishes.
Chef Jeremy has created an enticing menu that is the culmination of his inspiration, creative flair, and years working alongside Michelin star chefs. He invites guests and discerning diners to discover his contemporary approach to cuisine that brings together international flavours and classic French technique for a truly memorable dining experience.
