Zeta Cafe at Holiday Inn Bangkok Sukhumvit 22 presents a special Vietnamese week, with a great selection of original Vietnamese cuisine prepared by Vietnamese chefs imported directly from our IHG family hotel in Danang for this arrangement. Adding the excitement and cuisine variety to the restaurant's daily buffet display.
The experienced chefs are Duong Cong Hung and Binh Dinh Duy from Crowne Plaza Danang, whom have experience as Vietnamese cuisine chefs for over 8 years. The Vietnamese selections that both chefs present are such as Banana Flower with prawn & Herbs Salad, Vietnamese hot & Sour Fish Soup, Steamed whole fish Vietnamese style, Sauteed Calamary with Satay Sauce, Vietnamese Pork Roll and desserts.
Vietnamese cuisine is well known as one of the healtheir meal choice as they are filled with colourful use of vegetables and the tastes are milder than of Thai cuisine. Buffet lunch is served from 11:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Monday - Saturday at THB 399++ and Buffet dinner is served from 6:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. daily at price THB 599++. Prices are inclusive of soft drinks. Zeta Cafe is located on the 8th floor, Holiday Inn Bangkok Sukhumvit 22.
