Dusit Thani Bangkok is delighted to reveal that Chef Paul Then Chon will return to The Pavilion all-day buffet restaurant and The Mayflower between 25th November and 1st December 2013.
The legendary chef from Singapore is renowned for his exciting fusions of fine dining street food and has won numerous awards throughout his stellar career. Chef Paul is returning for his second tenure as Guest Chef due to popular demand after his exciting first guest appearance in 2012.
Many of Chef Paul’s special dishes will be available as add-on items to The Pavilion’s extensive buffet options, and he will also mastermind a selection of dishes for Dusit Thani Bangkok’s sensational Cantonese restaurant The Mayflower.
