Recently at KASIKORNBANK Phahon Yothin Main Branch, Mr. Tawit Thanachanan, First Senior Vice President of KASIKORNBANK, and Mr. Tossapol Vachiradecha, Managing Director of L and T Asset Co., Ltd., signed a 1.09-billion agreement to finance construction of the We Condo project, comprising five 8-storey condominium buildings with a combined 1,168 residential units. Located in a prime area near the Ekamai-Ramindra Expressway, the fully-furnished condominiums are priced at a minimum of 1.5 million Baht per unit and have been sold by more than 80 percent.
