Award-winning VIE Wine & Grill puts on a lavish Surf ?n? Turf Buffet Dinner with all of your favourites from the sea and land, including assorted sashimi and sushi, New Zealand Mussels, Red King Crab, sous vide kurobuta pork loin with cream truffle sauce, braised beef cheek in red wine, rock lobster, salmon steak, US scallops, pan fried foie gras and a plethora of desserts that Dad will love. Christmas Eve Buffet Dinner
VIE Wine & Grill serves up a Christmas Eve Buffet Dinner that is the perfect feast for this wonderful evening with the ones you love, listening to our marvelous Christmas carolers. The delicious dishes offered seem almost never ending and include seafood on ice such as Alaskan king crab and Pacific oysters, then smoked salmon and an array of great salads, sushi and sashimi, unbelievably scrumptious entrees like Beef tenderloin and foie gras with black truffle sauce, Norway salmon with chive cream and traditional dishes like roast turkey with giblet gravy,.
