Photo Release: Convoy for Kids to help underprivileged children in Thailand

Bangkok--7 Dec--Thana Burin Asia Pacific Mr. Warwick Kneale (2nd from left), AustCham Thailand?s Treasurer and Community Services Chairman, together with Mr. David Mills (far right), President of AustCham Thailand's Logistic Sub-committee, and Mr. John Kershaw (far left), Founder of Convoy for Kids in Thailand, are seen presenting the cheque worth 750,000 baht (seven hundred and fifty thousand baht), which are the proceeds from the 14th Convoy for Kids, to Ms. Khanitha Tavinpakti (4th from right), President of The Foundation for the Welfare of the Crippled under the Royal Patronage of Her Royal Highness the Princess Mother, Pakkred, Nonthaburi. Also witnessing at the presentation is Mrs. Araya Arunanondcha (center), Former President of the Foundation. Convoy for Kids is organised annually by Australian-Thai Chamber of Commerce or AustCham Thailand, providing a fun day out and outdoor learning experience for underprivileged children of several charities in Thailand including students from The Foundation for the Welfare of the Crippled, children of Sister Jones group from Klongtoey community and children from Bangsue community.
