Dusit Thani Bangkok is delighted to announce a range of special dinner menus at Hamilton’s Steak House and D’Sens to enhance the New Year’s Eve experience in the Thai capital.
D’Sens Chef Wilfrid Hocquet has dreamed up a spectacular 8-course set dinner menu to make sure the last night of 2013 is one to remember. The Mediterranean menu is packed with a feast for all the senses to complement the top-floor restaurant’s stunning views over Lumphini Park.
The highlights of the menu include Maine lobster carpaccio, Osetra caviar dressing, warm Bellon oyster with Cognac sabayon; Roasted North Atlantic cod fillet with Echiré butter simmered asparagus with tomatoes and clams, deep-fried leeks, Champagne Laurent Perrier sauce; and irresistible Roasted venison fillet, pumpkin gnocchi, candied salsify, cherries and natural venison jus.
The elegant 8-course menu is available for one-night only (Thursday, 31st December 2013) for THB 8,000++ per person and 12,200++ per person with perfect wine pairings.
Hamilton’s Steak House is also set to excite New Year revellers with an enticing 5-course American-style menu climaxing with a main course of either Slow-cooked Wagyu flat iron steak, morel and sweetbread ragout, truffle gnocchi, vegetables tian, poached bone marrow or North Atlantic black cod, crab brandade, truffle jus with crispy potato galette, vegetable tian.
The special New Year’s Eve menu is available at THB 3,900++ per person. Advanced bookings are highly recommended.
The Pavilion, Dusit Thani Bangkok’s exquisite buffet restaurant, is also offering a wide range of delightful seasonal dishes from around the globe throughout the festive period, making it the ideal venue for large groups with various palates.
