New Team Members at The Okura Prestige Bangkok Henry Jordan – Chef de Cuisine Chef de Cuisine, Elements Restaurant

Bangkok--12 Dec--The Okura Prestige Bangkok Henry Jordan has joined the F&B team at The Okura Prestige Bangkok as Chef de Cuisine. Henry, a US national, joins the award-winning five star hotel in Bangkok’s Central Business District from The Ocean House in Rhode Island, USA - the only AAA five diamond in the state and a Relais & Chateaux property. His previous experience includes Chef de Cuisine at the Four Seasons in Mahe, Seychelles and a similar role at the Kurumba private island resort in the Maldives.“Henry is an extremely talented chef with the all-important combination of five star culinary experience and excellent management skills. His appointment coincides with our plans to refresh Elements, our international restaurant. Miss Napawongdee has a wealth of experience in all the disciplines encompassed within Marketing Communications. Her hospitality sector experience began at the Chiva-Som International Health Resort in Thailand. She then gained additional valuable experience in a multi-national corporate environment as Public Relations Manager at the JW Marriott Bangkok before joining Zinc InVision Hospitality Company in a similar capacity. She was later promoted to Director of PR & Marketing Communications. Miss Napawongdee moved to Koh Samui in 2011 to join the senior management pre-opening team at the InterContinental Samui Baan Taling Ngam Resort. She graduated from Chulalongkorn university in Bangkok with a law degree and later returned to the same university to undertake a one-year Master of Arts Degree in European Studies.
