Le Meridien Bangkok continued to show its appreciation of the contemporary arts with “A New Perspective on Arts: ‘This is my voice’ – Innovation, Imagination and Beyond. An art creation through the brush on tablet. And on 17 December 2013, Le Méridien Bangkok with Alina Georgiana Teodorescu will host an opening night of the arts exhibition at Le Méridien Bangkok’s hub.
"I am an artist who adapts. I fully understand how important it is to explore and exploit the expression potential of nowadays tools. The name of the exhibition “This is my voice” it s an invitation to the viewer to find new tools of expression among the things we have in our lives and we take for granted, without necessarily understand it, as the use of technology.”
“I am fascinated by the Thai culture and have strong hopes for myself to explore Asia, due to the ever growing interest in art and the positive reaction to use of the new technology today. Exhibiting in a space such as Le Meridien makes my art interactive and the message of it finds a more direct way to deliver to its creative crowds." said Alina Georgiana Teodorescu.
Under the name" This is my voice", Alina is exploring her full aesthetic arsenal in perfect communion with the space. Her work represents fragments of her personal life, migrating in different formats, invite the observer into a fascinating universe of the inner self.
On 17 December 2013, Le Méridien also announced the opening of the arts exhibition “This is my voice” at Le Méridien Bangkok’s Hub where Alina will be having an interactive drawing on tablet as a demonstration. Guests are invited to bring their tablet and learn her drawing style and technique.
The exhibition of the iconoclastic art pieces created by talented Alina and will be displayed at the Hub (Le Méridien Bangkok’s hotel lobby) from 17 December 2013 until 28 February 2014 from 08.00 – 22.00 hrs.
