The French “Maduzi Restaurant by Yuya” at Maduzi Hotel, Bangkok is introducing it’s most creative 5-Course lunch and 7-Course dinner during the 24th and 25th of December 2013 bringing guests the subtle delicacy of French cuisine while adding the decorative touch and colors from the Land of the Rising Sun.
The Christmas Lunch Menu starts off with aromatic Consomme royal with ginger flavor followed by wonderful Truffle flavored creamy mushroom soup served cappuccino style. The third course which is Hors D’oeuvre consists of a variety of seafood with caviar jelly and organic cauliflower mousse. The grand main dish comes with a choice of Norwegian salmon served with lobster sauce, steamed leeks and multi grain rice Risotto or Ballontine of chicken with Japanese chestnuts and roasted Parma Ham served with rosemary sauce and roast cocotte potato. The final course is the dessert of the House – Soup of organic Strawberry with mint flavored Cream cheese Mousse and Grand Marnier Liquor Jelly.
Lunch is priced at 1,000+ Baht for each person and inclusive of after meal coffee or tea.
Now for the joyful Christmas Dinner Maduzi’s one and only Chef Yuya has created a superb 7- course menu: the first, Amuse Bouche consists of Awai Pike Conger and abalone mushroom consommé royale infused with ginger served cuppuccino Style, the second course - Avant Hors D’oeuvre Terrine, Hare liver is served with marinated petite vegetables and tapenade sauce followed by Hors D’oeuvre of Tortellini pasta with Italian porcini mushroom sauce. The main courses start off with snow fish from Scotland- fried and served with lobster pastis sauce, steamed organic leeks and multi grain rice risotto. Now is the proper time for a break of Chardonnay white wine and Sake sherbet before the arrival of the meat dish which is A4-grade wagyu tenderloin from Iwate, Japan; it is roasted to perfection and served with French foie gras with Perigueux sauce in the Rossini style. And for the seventh course ending off the great meal, a refreshingly light dessert has been created : a soup of organic strawberry with herb flavored cream cheese mousse and Grand Marnie liquor jelly.
