Both services aim to deliver comprehensive solutions for all network problems.

The Net.Cover Service is the after-sales services ideal for customers who seek confidence in acquiring spare parts to replace the damaged parts within limited time frame to maximize uptime. This service is available in 2 categories:
- Net.Cover Delivery Service offers a fast delivery of spare parts for replacements. This type of service is suitable for organizations with experts on network system who can perform the installation by themselves
- Net.Cover On-Site Service offers both delivery of spare parts and experts on network system from SOS to handle the replacements and system configurations to normal status to ensure the network can resume its operations within the shortest period
Both services are available on 3 categories based on customer’s requirements including ‘Standard Mode’ which will deliver spare parts in the next working day, ‘8 x 5 x 4 Mode’ which will deliver spare parts within 4 hours on the same working day and ‘24 x 7 x 4 Mode‘ which will deliver spare parts within 4 hours around the clock, regardless of the holidays. For the last mode, areas of services are subject to the service provider’s requirements.
Another service category, Net.Professional Service covers the system designing and installation services by experts from Allied Telesis and is available in 3 categories:
- Net.Professional Configuration Service creates and tests the configuration files for the equipment as specified by customers by experts from Allied Telesis. It is suitable for small networks or the network extensions
- Net.Professional Implementation Service provides one-stop service from system designing, testing to installation as specified by customers by experts from Allied Telesis. It is suitable for customers with no network backgrounds and need to install new networks
- Net.Professional Assessment Service offers onsite services to monitor all network system. It is suitable for customers facing network troubles and needing experts to handle the situation or configure the system to serve their requirements
