This type of service is suitable for organizations with experts on network system who can perform the installation by themselves - Net.Cover On-Site Service offers both delivery of spare parts and experts on network system from SOS to handle the replacements and system configurations to normal status to ensure the network can resume its operations within the shortest period Both services are available on 3 categories based on customer’s requirements including ‘Standard Mode’ which will deliver spare parts in the next working day, ‘8 x 5 x 4 Mode’ which will deliver spare parts within 4 hours on the same working day and ‘24 x 7 x 4 Mode‘ which will deliver spare parts within 4 hours around the clock, regardless of the holidays.
