กรุงเทพฯ--18 ธ.ค.--Maduzi Hotel Bangkok The French “Maduzi Restaurant by Yuya” at Maduzi Hotel Bangkok is introducing it’s most creative 5-Course lunch and dinner during the 26th December 2013 to January 4th 2014 bringing guests the subtle delicacy of French cuisine while adding the decorative touch and colors from Japan, the Land of the Rising Sun. The New Year Lunch Menu starts off with aromatic Consomme royal with ginger flavor followed by wonderful Truffle flavored creamy mushroom soup served cappuccino style. The third course which is Hors D’oeuvre consists of a variety of seafood with caviar jelly and organic cauliflower mousse. The grand main dish comes with a choice of Norwegian salmon served with white wine sauce and seasonal vegetables or roast breast duck served with rosemary sauce and cocotte potato. The final course is the dessert of the House – Warm French Chocolate cake made with 70% cacoa with Madagascar vanilla beans ice cream. Lunch is priced at 1,000+ Baht for each person and inclusive of after meal coffee/ tea. Now for the wonderful Dinner Maduzi’s one and only Chef Yuya Okuda has created a superb menu: the first, Amuse Bouche, consists of Awai Pike Conger and abalone mushroom consommé royale infused with ginger served cuppuccino Style, the second course - Avant Hors D’oeuvre Terrine,is a composition of sea food with caviar jelly and organic cauliflower mousse. Then comes Hors D’oeuvre of Tortellini pasta with Italian porcini mushroom sauce. Now is the proper time for a break of Chardonnay white wine and Sake sherbet before the arrival of the main dish which is a selection of snow fish from Scotland- fried and served with lobster pastis sauce, steamed organic leeks and multi grain rice risotto or A4-grade wagyu tenderloin from Iwate, Japan roasted to perfection and served with French foie gras with Perigueux sauce in the Rossini style. And for dessert ending off the great meal, you’ll be served Warm French Chocolate cake made with 70% cacoa with Madagascar vanilla beans ice cream. Dinner is priced at 2,500+ Baht per person and inclusive of after meal coffee/ tea.
