Chef Edoardo has created a menu featuring the finest in contemporary and classic cuisine including amongst others live oysters, Burrata cheese with live oyster and sturgeon caviar, Canadian lobster bisque with Alaskan King Crab quenelle, seared duck foie gras, Australian Black Angus rib-eye and tenderloin, Australian lamb chops with porcini mushrooms and truffles, Line-caught steamed red gunard fillet served with sturgeon caviar and a dessert selection to die for with creations such as chocolate mousse with strawberries, fresh cream and 23 year-old Zacapa rum plus his very own recipe tiramisu. The decadence continues with a selection of D.O.P. cheeses, homemade confectionaries and petit fours.
And the reason we consider it truly decadent?
Even though the expansive menu is a la carte menu you can order as many dishes as many times as you wish.
The Decadent Sunday Lunch is available on Sundays from 11:30 until 15:00 and priced at THB 3,500 net per person including soft drinks or THB 4,500 net including free flow soft drinks, spirits, wines and Prosecco.
