Marriott Thailand celebrating its second Thailand chapter of The Marriott President’s Trophy 2013
14 Marriot hotels and resorts in Thailand when brought together with golf as an entity, created a synergy called the Marriott President’s Trophy 2013 held in Bangkok at the Thana City Golf Course. The competition was held and witnessed a competitive air as the MD's, CEOs and other senior management from various companies prepared themselves to compete in the gentlemen's game.
As the event was teed off, Philip Bryson, Area Vice President, Marriott International - South East Asia, Australia and South Pacific said “Marriott internationally has always closely identified with Golf. Precision, class and style are some of the core values that are a common between golf and Marriott as entities. That is why it was but natural for us to synergize the two and create the Marriott President’s Trophy. The second chapter of the tournament has seen a great response and we are looking at continuing the legacy year on year.”
The day ended with a presentation ceremony where the winners were announced. The Team Winner was Jantima Wannagorn (Ericsson), David Lance, William Robinson (Bentoli Agri-Nutrition) and Jorge Gonzales (Triumph); will head to Renaissance Sanya Resort & Spa for the Grand Final Competition at Mystic Springs, China recently.
