This specialty dinner is served today until February 28, 2014. Experience the wonderful meal that Maduzi’s chef has carefully put together starting with welcoming dish of Rare boiled Perdix Egg with piperade sauce infused with curry flavor followed by an appetizer of Rabbit loin confit and organic onion caramelized with expresso coffee and jus. The next course in none other than the famous slow cooked Rose Duck and homemade French foie gras served with beetroot and raspberry sauce, semi-dried fig and organic herb salad. Now it’s time to take a break with Chardonnay white wine and Yuzu Citrus jus sorbet before the main course dish that you’ve been looking forward to is served – the grand Pan Seared prime French deer served with juniper berry and pink pepper sauce and compot of pear and cocotte potatoes.
