Valentine’s Day Buffet at Taste
At Taste, couples can enjoy an enticing Valentine’s Day Dinner Buffet with an array of gourmet treats. The feast will include Slow roasted pork tenderloin, pesto potato gnocchi, foie gras jus, Wok fried rock lobster with garlic and chili, coriander, Foie gras terrine with pineapple and olive relish, Beetroot cream soup with Melba toast, strawberry Pavlova, White chocolate-cherry shortbread, strawberry cream brulee, sweetness macaroon and much more….. There will also be live entertainment from the Black Coffee Band, and a special raffle for SPG members and those signing up on the night with a top prize of two nights in The Westin Siray Bay, Phuket.
The Valentine’s Day Dinner Buffet at Taste is just Baht 2,190 net per person including a welcome glass of Prosecco, a rose and a cuddly bear for the lady.
Poolside Dinner
Enjoy a romantic poolside dinner under the stars. The Valentine course set menu will include Hokkaido scallop, sake flamed, mango salsa, Black chicken consommé with spring vegetable pearls, mango chili lime sorbet, lamb and hare fillet crepinette, White chocolate coated toblerone semi-freddo, Strawberry and pistachio salad. A live band will also create the perfect ambience playing a repertoire of romantic hits.
The Valentine’s Day set menu is Baht 5,390 net per couple and includes two glasses of premium sparkling wine and one bottle of wine, plus a special Valentine’s Day gift for all ladies.
