Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI) reports on its operations as normal during the Bangkok street closures on 16 January 2014.
Mr. Chokchai Panyayong, THAI Senior Executive Vice President of Commercial and Acting President, said that during the period of political protest in Bangkok on 16 January 2014, Thai Airways International (THAI) and THAI Smile flights experienced no flight delays resulting from the protests.
However, THAI ticket office at the Government Complex (on Chaengwattana Road) will remain closed from 17th January 2014 onward, until further advised. THAI ticket offices its head office on Vibhavadi-Rangsit Road will open for services as normal, as well as other THAI ticketing offices at Larn Luang, at Silom, and at Suvarnabhumi Airport on the 4th floor.
