The first menu is Shabu-Shabu that comes with Kombuseaweed soup and choices of premium fresh meat, including Wagyu beef, US chuck eye roll, beef tongue, pork collar, pork belly, snow crab and king prawn. Don’t miss to try out the three popular beef set - Matsu Set, Take Set and Ume set that consist of Black Wagyubeef imported from Kyushu and pork served with sesame sauce and ponzusuace. The second menuis Motsu-Nabe Japanese-style hot pot soup with beef intestine. There are two types of soup to choose from -Chilli base and Miso base.
