Commencing with a Carpaccio of Canadian Lobster marinated in fresh thyme served with mini “Gnocco fritto” and wildflower-honey dressing followed by U.S. scallops wrapped in Sopressata D.O.P. ham with honey, orange and lemon zests Chef Edoardo then invites you to savor his special risotto featuring Franciacorta wine, caviar, oysters, thyme, honey and fresh Burrata cheese. Next selection comes Seared Monkfish cheeks served with Italian farmed Nacarii caviar or Canadian Lobster seared “Rossini” style with monkfish liver terrine and ocean trout caviar, perfectly complementing the dessert course of Sicilian cannoli with honeydew-ricotta cream. Homemade confectionaries, petit fours, fresh Illy coffee and a selection of international teas will be served after the meal.
