Blue Sky, the rooftop dining venue on the 24th floor of Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao Bangkok is presenting a completely new menu with over 30 delicious dishes to welcome the new year of 2014. Executive Chef Eric Berrigaud spent four months working to create the new dishes, which are in French bistro style and are being served at Blue Sky now, every evening from 18.00 – 02.00 hrs.
The new dishes include cromesquis scallops priced at Baht 450++ (croquettes of minced scallop meat with a black ink bread crust, thinly shredded vegetables and garlic mayonnaise); smoked and fresh salmon rillete priced at Baht 250++ (fine paté of minced salmon with warm crunchy bread, capers and lemon); French classic version of shepherd’s pie priced at Baht 750++ (made from mashed potatoes and duck confit, topped with foie gras, mushroom sauce, and a mesclun side salad); steamed snow fish priced at Baht 980++ (complemented by saffron baked fennel, cherry tomatoes and anis jus); griddled 200 gram Charolais French beef tenderloin priced at Baht 1,100++ (accompanied by ratatouille, French fries, green pepper corn sauce or herb butter); and duck consomm? priced at Baht 290++ (with herbs, spices, duckling fillets and ricotta cheese ravioli).
The desserts parade features vanilla pastry cream mille-feuille priced at Baht 180++; Myste?re priced at Baht 180++ (vanilla & pistachio ice cream coated praline); chocolate moelleux priced at Baht 190++ (chocolate lava cake with ice cream) and much more.
