There’ll also be porcini mushroom soup with parmesan ice cream and herb croutons followed by asparagus risotto with lobster for her, and potato crème soup with egg yolk and truffle, and capellini pasta with blue crab, pachino tomato and fava beans for him.
With the restaurant’s knowledgeable sommelier on hand to recommend wines from the award-winning “primoVino by Rossini’s” wine list diners are also assured the perfect pairing for the extraordinary menu of modern Italian cuisine.
The gourmet evening continues with snow fish with olives and wild chicory for her and succulent grilled Angus tenderloin, chanterelles and confit potato for him before ending with heavenly desserts of iced blackberry lollypop with lemon cream and pistachio sponge, and chocolate creme and fresh strawberries. The memorable dinner for ends with coffee or tea and a selection of sweet treats.
