Throughout March Madam Kim Hanna of Kongju Korean Restaurant on the second floor of Pathumwan Princess Hotel presents, 'Samgytang' traditional Korean Ginseng Soup. This soup is renowned for its health benefits, helping to prevent sickness and is enjoyed over summer in Korea, containing nutrients that replace those lost during exertion in the hot Korean sun. Under the instruction of Madam Hanna the team of chefs stuff an uncut chicken with sticky rice and simmer it in secret broth of Korean Ginseng.
