Seafood starters are highlighted at Flames offering a tiger prawn dish deep fried in beer batter with jalapeno mayonnaise, slipper lobster tail in panko crumbs with mustard sauce, grilled mussels with Flames signature BBQ sauce and smoked salmon with prawn caviar accompanied by a mustard dill dressing and a rocket, shallot and caper salad.
