Museum Siam is cordially presenting a new temporary display with the theme of “Cocoon&Co”, Thailand’s first exhibition in the manner of a lifestyle shop in the centre of Bangkok’s Rattanakosin Island. This showcase will shed new light on ‘silk’ as a metamaterial that can be developed into many unexpected, value-added innovations and products, while also describing the journey of silk through different civilizations from the ancient time to the present. “Cocoon&Co” will be open for visitors Tuesday to Thursday from 10.00 am - 6.00 pm, and Friday to Sunday from 10.00 am - 8.00 pm, continuing from February 14 to June 29, 2014, at Museum Siam, Sanamchai Road (a short walking distance south of Wat Pho). Admission is free.
