Mr. Suthidej Amornkasemwong (right), Assistant Managing Director of Thai Union Frozen Products PCL or “TUF” and Ms. Supathra Kuratana, (Center) Brand & Business Development Director of TUF, the largest processor canned tuna in the world and one of the largest seafood company in the world, recently welcomed Ms. Jaratrsri Tiwantmuncharoen ( left), Senior General Manager/Purchasing, CP All Public Company Limited on the occasion of visit to TUF plant at Samut Sakorn province. Visitors also experienced new menu creation made from seafood premium ingredient, introduced by TUF ‘s Research & Development Department, for example, Kanom Jeen Nam Ya Sardine (white noodles with Sardine fish curry sauce), Lon Pla Saba (Saba in coconut milk with sauce), Sardine Hua Kling (Sardine with yellow curry paste), Pla Ra Song Krumg (spicy fermented Sardine), and Tuna green curry.
