Recently at KASIKORNBANK Phahon Yothin Main Branch, Mr. Patchara Samalapa, Executive Vice President of KASIKORNBANK, Ms. Piyaman Tejapaibul, President of the Tourism Council of Thailand, Mr. Kalin Sarasin, Secretary-General of the Thai Chamber of Commerce and the Board of Trade of Thailand, and Mr. Chawan Svasti-xuto, Deputy Director of the Office of Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion, held a press conference on their cooperation to provide financial assistance and knowledge in support of Thailand’s tourism industry. Tourism-related businesses affected by the current political uncertainty will be offered a 6-month grace period for loan principal along with interest discount of up to 2 percent. These special conditions will be granted for loan applicants at seminars which will be organized in four provinces.
