Recently at Audrey Cafe & Bistro, Thonglor, Mr. Pakorn Partanapat, Executive Vice President of KASIKORNBANK, introduced three new “Hello Kitty Debit Card” designs to celebrate the character’s 40th anniversary. For this year, KBank targets 5 million new debit cards, based on the “Universal Debit Card” concept, which allows debit cards to be used anywhere for any purchase. KBank also plans to expand merchant services and boost spending by 70 percent or 50 billion Baht with card designs of famous cartoon characters.
