Eggs Battle it out this month at Citi Bistro on the ground floor of Pathumwan Princess Hotel. To decide just which is the most popular? Is it the hen’s egg, the duck’s egg, the quail’s egg, the century egg (Kai Yeao Ma) or the salted egg? Chef Somboon has created some extraordinary dishes such as, fried fish paste balls filled with century eggs, Bua Loy Kai Wharn (dumplings in coconut cream containing eggs poached in sweetened water). Naturally there is also a wide variety of stuffed omelettes available along with our signature Thai Seafood Buffet with only 1,290 Baht per person, throughout March.
