In March 2014, VIE Hotel Bangkok launches a fascinating new menu and concept, totally revamping and renaming its flagship all-day dining restaurant on the 11th floor.
La VIE - Creative French Cuisine is the new name and it aptly represents the celebration of life’s quality enjoyments that VIE Hotel Bangkok is known for. The new menu offers creative French cuisine with a taste and presentation that puts guests’ palates firmly in the world of delicious high end dining.
It’s modern, it’s French and it’s ultra classy. Every dish is a voyage in gastronomy as well as design, from the Tiger prawns flambé to the Wagyu Tenderloin and including the rich desserts, such as Dark and White Chocolate Millefeuille and French Crème Brûlée, and a delightful variety of starters soups and salads. Menu descriptions read like fine wines and the dishes are sure to be just as savoured.
La VIE - Creative French Cuisine is open for lunch with special set menu “La VIE Set Lunch” from Noon – 3 pm and for dinner with special set menu “La VIE Set Dinner” from 6.30 – 10.30 pm. A la carte menus will also be available.
