Centara Grand & Bangkok Convention Centre at CentralWorld appoints new Chef de Cuisine

Bangkok--4 Mar--Centara Grand at CentralWorld Robert Maurer-Loeffler, general manager at Centara Grand & Bangkok Convention Centre at CentralWorld, has announced the appointment of Hugo Coudurier as Chef de Cuisine at Red Sky and Fifty Five, the two signature restaurants on the rooftop of the hotel. Hugo is a French national who completed his culinary education in Dijon and then joined Jean-Jacque Noguler at the Michelin star awarded restaurant La Ferme in Bossey. He then moved to the Hotel des Trois Valees in Courcheval, and then to Guy Savoy’s flagship three-Michelin star restaurant Guy Savoy Paris, where he worked as sous chef prior to being sent to the head restaurant Guy Savoy at Caesar’s Palace Hotel Las Vegas as executive chef. Before joining Centara, Hugo had been in Doha, Qatar where he held the position of executive chef at the Boutique K108 Hotel. Centara Grand & Bangkok Convention Centre at CentralWorld is the only fully integrated five-star hotel, convention centre and lifestyle complex in the heart of Bangkok. The hotel has a total of nine restaurants and bars, with Red Sky and Fifty Five being the two signature restaurants on the rooftop.
