Eggs are widely used in every cuisine, and Thai is no exception. However, while in the west we consume them pretty much always scrambled, fried or hard boiled, Thais make a much wider and more versatile use. During March, Saffron will showcase a special a-la- carte menu featuring some of the most popular Thai egg dishes including “Spicy Papaya Salad with Salted Egg, Spicy Prawn Soup with Thai Omelet, Wok fried Century eggs with minced pork, hot basil, and chili” to name a few. Enjoy the variety of flavours that this simple and “humble” ingredient can add to your dining experience.
