Amongst the specials being prepared by Hagi’s Japanese chef are rib eye beef teppanyaki, Kobe beef teppanyaki and king prawn, Wagyu beef strip loin and tiger prawn, and a sumptuous Matsuzaka beef and salmon teppanyaki with orange sauce.
