Dusit Thani Bangkok’s exquisite Vietnamese restaurant Thien Duong is delighted to reveal an exciting new ‘Feast of Fabulous Pho’ menu as they lift the lid on Vietnam’s classic dish to discover which region produces the best.
While Pho is certainly Vietnam’s most iconic dish, the rice noodle dish varies geographically in terms of taste and ingredients. In the north of Vietnam, Pho from Hanoi uses a clear broth while Pho dishes produced in the south (Saigon/Ho Chi Minh City) feature a darker soup.
Thien Duong’s new ‘Feast of Fabulous Pho’ promotion will give diners the chance to taste the difference themselves with a selection of the classic rice noodle dishes including Pho with Stewed Beef; Pho with barbecued pork; and Pho with seafood.
The delicious promotion is available from 14th March – 10th April 2014, with dishes starting from THB 200++.
