Patrick Tan, General Manager of Centara Hotel & Convention Centre Khon Kaen has appointed Mr. Phanuphan Manthananonth as Executive Chef of the hotel. A Thai national, Chef Phanuphan has a strong culinary background with over 20 years of professional experience, he began his career in 1994 and has enjoyed the opportunity to work with various hotels and restaurants in; Grand Hyatt Doha Hotel, State of Qatar, La Stampa hotel Dublin, Ireland, Joondalup City Thai Restaurant, Perth, Western Australia and Bann Thai Restaurant Dublin, Ireland.
After gaining years of experience in oversea, Chef Phanuphan decided to go back to Thailand to build the diversity of his culinary skills. He joined international hotel chain like Accor Group; Mercure Hotel Pattaya, Novotel Chumphon Resort & Golf and Dusit Thani Hua Hin.

In his newly appointed position as Executive Chef, Chef Phanuphan oversees Centara Khon Kaen seven restaurants and bars as well as the catering for the hotel’s event facilities for up to 2,500 people and off-site events.
