Hilton Pattaya today invites guests to discover a new brunch offering by the sea at Edge Restaurant. The expanded buffet will offer the finest Thai and Mediterranean flavors, as well as classic dishes from southern Europe, northern Africa and parts of the Middle East. Other highlights include fresh seafood, on ice and on the grill, pizza and pasta.
Every Sunday, the chefs pull out all of the stops and offer the hotel’s famous Sunday Brunch, which brings together a wide selection of dishes from across the globe. Guests will be able to choose from the following options: chilled seafood and caviar, raw surf and turf, Japanese, Italian and Thai. Additionally, there will be stations offering grilled and carved meats, as well as lighter menu selections. To complete this delightful brunch, tuck into the huge dessert stations, including a cheese corner, ice cream teppanyaki, a milk chocolate fountain and an array of cakes and pastries.
In addition to the gourmet buffet, Edge Restaurant offers a fun environment for kids at the Kidz Corner, as well as cooking club and activities such as cake decoration, pizza topping and chocolate and pizza decoration.
Enjoy a range of brunch delights at Edge Restaurant every Sunday from noon until 3 p.m. for THB 1,400 nett per adult. Guests who enjoy fine wines can opt in to the wine buffet at an additional THB 1,100 nett per person.
