Don Giovanni Restaurant, Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao Bangkok, is showcasing the art of Italian baked foods with dishes prepared by Italian Chef Stefano during 17– 27 March.
All about baked delicacies will include specialities such as traditional eggplant parmigiana with roasted tiger prawns, home-made beetroot lasagna layered with artichoke and shrimps, baked sweet pepper filled with tagliolini with asparagus ham sauce and oven-baked snow fish “Cartoccio” style.
