Dune Bar and Restaurant at Dune Hua Hin Hotel is presenting its “Summer Pleasure” menu – a fanfare of mouth watering dishes created specially for a relief from the summer heat throughout the month of April 2014.
To start off the cooling down menu consists of Seared tuna with sesame-soy dressing (priced at 320++ Baht), Green apple and cashew nut salad ( 190++ Baht) followed by refreshing salads prepared with Thai fruits such as Spicy Thai pomelo salad with Shrimp ( 190++ Baht) or the perfect blend of tangy vinegar and light honey taste of Rocket and feta salad balsamic-Vinegar dressing (250 ++ Baht). To end this “cool”menu Dune has created a special dessert , “Green Snow” which is crushed ice topped with green tea syrup and red bean paste (190++ Baht) or Super Stress Reliever drink consisting of Kale leaf, parsley, celery, carrot, red peppers, tomato and broccoli at 120++ Baht.
