Greek is one of the most loved Mediterranean cuisines and Romsai is bringing to you, this March, a celebration of Greek all-time favourites to commemorate the country’s National Day on 25 March. Amongst the most notable gastronomic delights will be Moussaka, or layers of sliced eggplant, meat sauce, and cheese topped with Bechamel sauce; Souvlaki, also best known as skewered kebabs and a selection of Choriatiki, healthy Greek Salads.
