Suzuki Motor (Thailand) Co., Ltd. has revealed an impressive sales growth of over 200% for many years consecutively, and the company is moving forward to excite the Thai automotive market once more with the launch of two impressive new models. “All New Suzuki Celerio” is unveiled as Suzuki’s 2nd eco-car for the Thai market and it is anticipated to set a new benchmark as the trend to eco car continues. “Suzuki Swift GLX Limited Edition” is the latest sporty car to stimulate eager demand. These two new hot releases will build the reputation of the brand with outstanding automobile quality and with the backup of excellent after-sales service that Suzuki is famous for. The sales of 24,685 cars in 2012 surged to 45,292 cars in 2013. Suzuki models are increasingly popular among target customers judging from the fact that all Suzuki Service Centers have welcomed a consistent flow of potential customers coming for a test-drive, inspection and reservation. In addition, during 2013, the nationwide network of Suzuki Showrooms and Service Centers has significantly expanded their services. They now provide a more comprehensive and efficient sales and service to customers. We believe that 2014 will be another year for Suzuki to achieve significant growth, eclipsing the past few years.”

Thailand’s eco-car market grew exponentially by 28% of total passenger car market in 2013. Suzuki Swift generated over 36,495 units in total sales, or a 214% growth, thanks to its distinctive and unique design, outstanding performance, world-class safety features, full options and equipment, and its excellent fuel saving efficiency.
Mr. Wallop added, Suzuki believes that compact cars and small cars, particularly eco cars, will continue in popularity and grow steadfastly in 2014. This impression will grow as potential buyers have the chance to experience eco cars first-hand on a test-drive. They will also be impressed with the unmatched fuel efficiency – the strong point of eco cars that vehicles in other segments cannot match.
