Ms. Pimpapan Chansilp (sixth left), CEO of The SUPPORT Arts and Crafts International Centre of Thailand (Public Organization) (SACICT) recently presided over the opening of The 2nd International Innovative Crafts Symposium 2014 (IICS 2014). The Symposium aimed at being a venue for exchange of information about rice cultures and crafts in the ASEAN countries and business partnering countries, and at the same time encouraging craft business entrepreneur to create networks of cooperation and trade partnerships. The IICS 2014 commenced with a keynote speech by Dr.Anucha Teerakanont (fifth right), the faculty of Journalism and Mass Media Communications of Thammasat University and Prof. Viboon Leesuwan (fourth left), Fellow of the Royal Institute’s Academy of Arts, including ten representatives from ASEAN and business partnering countries joining the symposium session.
