L’Appart, a chic rooftop bar, lounge and restaurant at Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit, was recently voted as “Thailand’s Best Restaurant 2014” by the readers of Thailand Tatler Magazine. The award presentation was held at Central World.
L’Appart’s culinary maestro is Chef Jeremy Tourret, a young chef with a simple three-pronged philosophy of “respecting tradition, using the finest ingredients, and bringing pleasure to diners.”
