Siam Commercial Bank recently held its 191st shareholder meeting. The meeting resolved to pay a dividend to shareholders at the rate of 5.25 baht per share, an increase of .075 baht from that paid in 2012. The dividend total amounts to 17.8 billion baht. Joining the meeting were Mr. Anand Panyarachun, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Dr. Vichit Suraphongchai, Chairman of the Executive Committee, Mrs. Kannikar Chalitaporn, President, and other board members. Held at the bank's Mahison Auditorium, the meeting attracted interest from many shareholders.
