Throughout the month of April 2014, Chef Alberto Bruni at “Acqua” Italian restaurant, Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort Pattaya invites you to celebrate the arrival of Spring. Acqua will be celebrating with a Spring lamb promotion. Featuring gourmet dishes such as broiled lamb cutlets with salsa of tomato, anchovy and rosemary and oven roasted lamb fillet rolled with colonata lard on spinach plus cannellini beans. Pasta dishes include a speciality fettuccini pasta with a shoulder of lamb ragout and a lamb ravioli with potato and pachino tomato salsa.
