Bangkok Bank has prepared more than Baht 45 billion in cash reserves for 8,500 ATMs nationwide to serve customers during the Songkran holiday. The bank’s 300 micro branches in shopping malls will be open for business every day during the holiday. The bank will closely monitor and refill ATM cash reserves in major travel areas.
Bangkok Bank reported the bank has reserved Baht 45 billion in cash for its 8,500 ATMs nationwide for the coming Songkran holiday (12-15 April 2014). Customers can use the bank’s services at more than 300 micro branches in shopping malls and communities nationwide which will be open for business as usual during Songkran. The bank will resume normal operations from Wednesday 16 April 2014.
The Bank will also closely monitor and refill ATM cash reserves in popular areas nationwide. Customers can be confident cash will be available for withdrawals from ATMs throughout the Songkran period.
