Mr. Keith Hardie, General Manager of the Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel & Towers, is pleased to announce the appointment of Nicolas Adrian Gonzalez as Rooms Division Manager at Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel & Towers, effective immediately.
Nicolas has over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Prior to joining Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel & Towers, Nicolas was previously a Guest Relations Manager / Front Office Manager at Grosvenor House Dubai – a Luxury Collection Hotel. He was also worked at Madinat Jumeirah Hotel in Dubai, The Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel in California, and The Park Hyatt Buenos Aires in Argentina. He received his B.A. in Hospitality Management, “Tecnico Universitario en Gestion Hotelera” in Argentina and is capable of speaking 3 languages: English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Nicolas has strong operations management background and has gained valuable operations experience from many hotels, which will contribute greatly to the success of the hotel.
He will continue the great work that the associates of Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel & Towers have built over the years to deliver the best services to the guests.
