Vorapol Socatiyanurak, Secretary-General of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand (SEC), and Mr. Ming Bankosal, Director General of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Cambodia (SECC) signed an MoU to strengthen capital market cooperation, honored by the presence of H.E. Aun Pornmoniroth, Minister of Economy and Finance and SECC Chairman of Cambodia, and H.E. Touchayoot Pakdi, the Ambassador of Thailand to Cambodia, as well as high-ranking officials and executives from government and private sectors of both countries in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
